Bukeka’s Life at the Core process helps people and organizations connect core values and beliefs to daily life experiences, both personal and work related. Groups and individuals:Life at the Core workshops help you explore core values and beliefs that inspire more favorable life outcomes. Many people see themselves as not good enough or not equipped enough to experience good health, financial freedom, loving relationships, successful careers, spiritual connection, and/or environmental stability. This sense of personal deficiency negatively impacts individuals and the organizations in which they interact and participate within.Organizations and Businesses:Life at the Core curriculum helps your employees examine core values and beliefs that encourage effective work/life strategies. As individuals and organizations expand their thinking they learn that being supportive of the goals and dreams of their workforce create happier and more productive employees who enjoy supporting the goals and dreams of the company they work for.Examples of personal and work related life experiences:• HEALTH: Physical Health: Spending due to overweight and obesity can reach as much as $92.6 billion in 2002 dollars (World Health Organization 1998); Mental Health: 11 million American workers abuse or are dependent on alcohol, while another 3 million abuse illegal drugs.
